Areas of Interest

Currently, I intend the focus of my research to be the bundle theory of particulars. More broadly, I’m interested in metaphysics, epistemology, free will, philosophy of religion, philosophy of mind, and ethics (in roughly that order). A much more focused sampling of things I’m interested in, corresponding to each of the categories above, includes (but is not limited to) Armstrong-style universals, subjective-sensitive invariantism, third generation Frankfurt-style counterexamples to PAP, the doctrine of aseity, the role mental causation plays in adjudicating between theories of mind, and, finally, Derek Parfit’s On What Matters (because I don’t know enough about ethics to pick out any specific issue – let’s read about it!).
